Graduation November 18, 2011
Sometimes it's only at the end of a segment of a journey that you can truly reflect on the experience. I had planned to blog as we went through St. Joseph's Feeding Program but honestly not only was it intensive for her, but all of us. Today is Saturday Nov 19, and we are chilling and letting it sink in. Maggie will return to gymnastics today and those annoying chores that have been ignored for weeks are calling. No matter what, this was by far the best teamwork in this family and the best time well spent to support not just Maggie but also each other. Without our friends, our community and the great team at St. Joe's we never would have gotten through it. As time allows, I will be blogging our journey now starting from week one. Each week brought struggles and triumphs but in the end little Maggie has amazed us and even brought her daddy to tears several times! That was a first except for the girls' births! I look forward to sharing it with you and hope it can help others who face our same or similar issues. Thank you again to all of your support, caring, prayers and thoughtfulness!
